The kids look as tired as we feel! Another good night’s sleep tho and all is well. Just the chocolate factory and the hyper-market to go and then we’ll be on our way home. The disco was great fun and I have picked up a few new moves! See you all later.
Only 2 hours to get ready for the disco?
some of the girls (and boys) were horrified that they only had two hours to prepare and pamper themselves for tonight’s disco! Mr Pearman only takes an hour and a half so he was fine!
Our kids were brilliant this afternoon as we hosted the french students – they all made us proud to work at Linden Grove!
The Market was a success and lots of you can look forward to some lovely ornaments for your mantlepiece! I did try to persuade them that you’d prefer chocolate but they opted for the luminous Eiffel Towers instead.
One boy was adamant that he saw Buckingham Palace yesterday!
None of the kids want to come home but we, the adults, are ready!
Mrs Isteed is trying to post some photos and we’ll try to blog again in the morning – mange tout everybody, mange tout!
Top of Mont Parnasse
(The Eiffel Tower is visible in the background. It looked much bigger in real life!!)
Morning all!
Very long day yesterday, all tired but happy. On our way to the market. Wet and windy here (the weather isn’t great either!)
sur notre route pour Paris
A good night’s sleep and a really early start. Been on the bus for an hour already, lots of children (and Mr Pearman) using the chance to catch up on their sleep.
